The apartments that are listed with Apartment Selector and referred by our agents each make the decision to whom they lease based on the information supplied to the them.

Your information is provided to a locating professional to assit them in contacting you and assisting you with your apartment search. All our fees are paid by the apartment or rental owner. You owe no fee to us. We do request that you advise the apartment community staff you are working with Aparment Selector so that we can get the proper credit for our work.

Your failure to advise the community will create a request by us to go back to the community and update the paperword.
